AIM Pest Control was founded in 2001 to protect homes and businesses from destructive pests, especially termites. What started as a small business has grown into a trusted pest control company known for reliable service, technical expertise, and strong client relationships.

Our Founder
Mr. Job Barante Dayandante is the Founder of AIM Pest Control and a licensed pest control professional. He passed the licensure examination of the Fertilizers and Pesticide Authority (License No. E89-65) in 2000 and officially established the company in 2001.
He is an active member of the Pest Exterminators Association of the Philippines (PEAP) and the Federation of Asian and Oceania Pest Managers (FAOPMA). He served as PEAP Board Director (2005–2013), President (2013–2014), and Executive Officer (2014–2017).
Through continuous training and leadership, Mr. Dayandante ensures that AIM Pest Control follows modern, safe, and industry-approved pest control practices.
